Recruitment Consulting Fees

For utilisation of Star Finder Services for outsourced recruitment assignments, our fee schedule is included in the full Terms of Business. No placement fee is applicable until you employ a candidate referred by Career Destinations.

The fee payable to Career Destinations Pty Ltd by the Client for the successful placement of a Candidate, regardless of whether the status of the position is casual, part-time or full-time, is an amount equal to a percentage of the Candidate’s Gross Annualized Remuneration Package (including superannuation, vehicle benefits & incentive packages), calculated in accordance with following fee schedule:

Guarantee

To provide a far superior service, exceeding the expectations of our clients and the guarantee levels of existing recruitment industry standards; Career Destinations is pleased to provide an extended guarantee on all permanent placement services to their loyal clients.

Career Destinations Pty Ltd extends a four (4) month replacement guarantee on placements made through the Star Finder Service only. Should the successful candidate resign or be deemed unsuitable within four months, Career Destinations will repeat the full recruitment process and provide one or more
suitable candidates for selection.
